Braised Lamb Shank Fattah

Lamb Shank marinated overnight in Tomato, Onion, and Garlic slowly cooked
and glazed with Guernsey Butter and Fresh Honey. Served with Egyptian Rice,
Bread, Garlic Croutons and Lamb Jus, finished with delicious Tomato and
Sweet Pepper Sauce
Nile Perch Equivalent

Fresh Guernsey Seabass barbecued and marinated with Lemon and Lime,
Fresh Coriander, Dill, Cumin and Nutmeg, cooked to perfection and rested
in sautéed Mixed Vegetables flavoured with Exotic Egyptian Spices
and finished with a Sweet Pepper Sauce
Kosheree - Egyptian Lentils

Black Lentils and White Rice topped with Macaroni Pasta, garnished
with Fried Onion and served with a delicious Egyptian Tomato Sauce

Omm Ali - Egyptian Bread and Butter Pudding

A combination of Fresh Cream, Fresh Milk, Sugar and cooked Puff Pastry Pieces
filled with Sultanas, Walnuts and glazed with Fresh Guernsey Crea
Mahalabiya - Egyptian Milk Pudding

A light ancient Egyptian dessert using Milk and Corn Flour, flavoured
with Rosewater and finished with Pistachio Nuts and Crispy Sultanas
Ataif - Filled Pancakes

Traditional Egyptian Dessert of Pancakes filled with Mixed Nuts, Coconut
and Sugar, dipped in Honey Syrup and served with Vanilla Ice Cream
